WhatsApp Group Wrapped is an entertainment web app that generates statistics, a visual recap (“Wrapped”), a report and games from a WhatsApp chat export that the user uploads voluntarily. The basic analysis is free and runs in the user’s browser. The optional AI analysis is paid and governed by the Terms of sale.

3. Terms of use

  • Using the website implies accepting this legal notice, the privacy policy and, if the AI analysis is purchased, the terms of sale.
  • The user is solely responsible for the content they upload. They may only upload chats they are part of and, for the AI analysis or to share the result, must have permission from every member of the group.
  • The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to harm third parties or to violate their privacy.
  • You must be at least 14 to use the service and 18 to purchase the AI analysis.

4. Recreational nature and disclaimer

  • The results (statistics, awards, topics, emotions, relationships, roles and any AI-generated text) are a just-for-fun experience. They are not a psychological analysis, diagnosis or assessment of anyone.
  • AI-generated texts may contain errors or inaccurate interpretations. The owner is not liable for decisions made on the basis of these results or for how the user uses them, including sharing the links.
  • The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and may modify or suspend it for technical reasons.

5. Intellectual property

The design, code, texts and graphics of the website belong to the owner or are used under licence. Chat contents belong to their authors; the owner acquires no rights over them.

WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms, Inc. This service is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable rules; where the user is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence.
